Internship Opportunity for MCBS Students
 

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in leadership and project management?

Join the Deputy Executive Chairperson’s Office at MCBS and be part of initiatives that shape the future of our college.

Mainly to provide essential support for daily administrative and project activities, including scheduling, organizing records, preparing documents, and assisting with research tasks. The role will provide practical experience in office management while contributing to the college’s key initiatives. Work closely with senior leadership and gain the opportunity to strengthen your professional, communication, and organizational skills while gaining direct insight into the operations. What tasks will you be assigned?

Administrative support:

  •  Schedule, coordinate meetings, and manage correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical office files and records.
  • Prepare proofread documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Project assistance:

  • Support ongoing projects by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of events or initiatives led by the DEC’s Office.
  • Assist with special project related to the college’s strategic goals or current initiatives.
  • Analyze data and create summaries or presentations for internal use.

What competencies are you expectation to demonstrate?

Effective administrative assistance:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure timely and organized office schedules and documentation management.

Contributions to projects:

  • Successfully complete assigned research and project tasks, contributing to the overall success of ongoing initiatives.
  • Show initiative and problem-solving skills in addressing project challenges.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, GPA of 3.5 or above is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
